Hmm unfortunately service was unfriendly and too fast. Coffee was good, tiramisu not a tiramisu at all, although everyone who worked there was Italian, it was just cream. :(

The ice cream tastes good, the selection is sufficient. As expected, price is higher than average. A brawl by the service would be very entertaining again

Drinking coffee or an ice cream is ok. Don't expect too much. Price / performance does not fit. The friendliness of the conditions could be better. I'm also not sure whether the hygiene concept was understood by the conditions. How the mask is worn, it is not comfortable to wear in high temperatures, but it is a must. Disinfection (tables and chairs) could also be better 😎

Always my pleasure!! The waiters are very nice and the service is super fast! A big thank you to the waitress who served inside and allowed me to breastfeed my little 4 month old son inside. I always sit outside in the Mtz and always eat the waffle with chocolate sauce and banana with a scoop of ice cream! A heartfelt thank you! N

Unfortunately, I have to enter a star so that I can submit a rating. Mega unfriendly staff! This is by far the rudest kids ice cream parlor I've ever seen. We had to go out with our children today. We sat at the very end and all the tables around us were empty. Customers who sat up front would have complained about us. I wonder how they heard us but well. Then we paid quickly and left with very sad and disappointed children. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THE STORE. It's a shame that this is the only ICE PLANK in the MTZ !!!!

That I can give 0 stars, I would do it. The waiter has just told me I am not allowed to push the chair and I was in a sibling car. So unfriendly to families and the kids were looking forward to ice cream. And it wasn't the first time. Last time I wasn't allowed on the terrace with a stroller at all. Rude but correct!

friendly, quick wait staff. Since corona protection is currently very important: unfortunately all waiters wear mouth / nose protection under their noses. Of course, that doesn't help - and doesn't make you feel good and relaxed. What a shame ...

The ice cream is very tasty, but the price-performance ratio is not right. Otherwise, the cafe is characterized by extremely listless service. I only go there because I want to sit in air-conditioned rooms from time to time.

We wanted to enjoy our drinks here in peace. Unfortunately, after a short time you are asked to go and get paid because so many guests are looking for a seat. I am already aware that there are fewer seats available due to the current situation. However, it is not exactly customer-binding if you are asked to empty your drink and leave after 10 minutes. So if I just want to have a quick drink, I don't have to sit in a café.

The ice cream tastes mediocre, so far only ever available to take away, only because it is the only ice cream parlor in the MTZ and sometimes you feel like walking past it. When I decided to treat myself to a sundae, I waited for a table to become free. A waiter had clearly seen us - however, as soon as a table became available, he handed the table over to a guest who came to us much later. When I wanted to complain, he looked at me really stupid and ran away. Not only does the ice cream parlor have bad PR, but the operation is also really unfriendly to you.

Bought ice cream in waffle, two scoops. The first drawback is that 1.30 per ball is a hefty price tag. The expectations are correspondingly high. Puff cake. Mini balls that are lost on the waffle and then they don't even taste good. Both balls tasted the same, despite different types. Watery and hardly any taste. Just a cheap industrial ice cream, colored with dyes so that the flavors look different. No thanks, not again

The ice cream was delicious! However, our waiter didn't seem to know what he was doing and the espresso was undrinkable.

Fast service but, at the outdoor tables, rushed waiters put pressure on you to vacate your table when you are almost finished (hastily clear table, present bill for payment before you are ready) all in the interest of getting another customer in your seat as fast as possible. Not a relaxed experience.

Nice place. You can find ice cream (also to go), desserts (cakes, crépes both sweet and savoury, waffles etc), paninis, breakfast and many more! It's usually found at shopping malls so you can expect that it will be quite busy and might be difficult to find a free table. Difficult but not impossible. Just wait around :) also, when you get ice cream in the cone or bowl (to go) you can't sit at their tables unless you or someone else who's with you orders something from the menu (even if it's just coffee).

A very good ice cream parlor with friendly staff. Guest always very well attended. The toilets were closed, but there are enough toilets in the center.

Worst service ever!!! I buy ice-cream here, it's raining so I sit inside, the surprise was when the employer told me "You can't sit here! If you wanted to be here you needed order first already sit! You must leave." What the hell??? I order something and I can't be inside the bar because I didn't ask first??? Because of the tips??? I will never come back here again!

Really nice place, fast, delicious and great service. Only down is that is too crowded on weekends.

A slightly different ice cream parlor. Not for the small purse. But for us from today a must. Very tasty and staff very friendly. We recommend.
